Glen Demeraski  – Chief Executive Officer

Glen Demeraski joined TABcom in February of 2009 from Best Buy, where he was Director of eCommerce from 2004-2009. Glen brings more than 18 years of strategy, technology and marketing experience to his role as CEO at TABcom.  Prior to Best Buy, he held positions as the Director of Strategic Marketing Systems at PC Mall from 2003-2004 and held the same position at Micro Warehouse from 2000-2003.  Glen initially joined TABcom as a strategic advisor to help define the next generation of the company’s eCommerce platform. He soon joined TABcom full-time as the company’s CTO. With a rare background of extensive experience in both IT and Marketing, Glen was able to create synergy between two key areas of the company and held the CMO/CTO position for 12 months before becoming CEO.

Glen attended NJIT and the University of Phoenix.


Tom Frenchu – Chief Operations/Information Officer

Tom Frenchu joined TABcom in December of 2008 as CIO. As an executive with over twenty years of experience, he has a track record of delivering results, creating enterprise value and rebuilding underperforming businesses. Tom oversees the company’s retail/direct selling, operations and merchandising. Prior to joining TABcom, Tom was Director–IT Business Process/Solutions at Best Buy, where he led technology strategy and implementation of systems for the new “Customer Centricity” division, Best Buy for Business. Previously, Tom worked for Micro Warehouse as VP of Technology, leading the company’s new technology strategy and vision.

Tom, a Rutgers University graduate, lives on a small farm in western with his wife and two daughters. He is a hobbyist organic farmer and has a variety of family pets.  Currently on the farm with Tom and his family are two dogs: Yojo, a Yellow Lab, and Rosie, a mixed breed rescue; four cats: IO, Europa, Calisto & Minnie – all mixed breed rescues;  a goat, Sadie (Nubian); two sheep, Annabelle & Butter; and too many chickens and ducks to list, all of which have names.


Frank Petrocca – Chief Financial Officer

Frank joined TABcom in November 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. In his current position, Frank is responsible for all financial and fiscal management for the company, overseeing all company accounting practices and directing financial strategy, reporting, planning and forecasting. Prior to joining TABcom, Frank worked at Nautical Retail USA from 1993 to 2011 where he held many financial roles, most recently as the Vice President of Finance for Nautical’s Direct-to-Consumer division. In this role, he had day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Frank worked for Polo Ralph Lauren from 1990 to 1993 as their Accounting Manager of their Specialty Retail Division. Prior to joining Polo, Frank held positions in public accounting with Ernst and Young and Edward Isaacs and Company.

Frank attended St. John’s University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1987. Frank resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and three children.  His daughter is a competitive Hunter Jumper rider on her leased horse named Junior.  In addition to Junior, Frank and his family have a dog and two cats, each of which were adopted through a local rescue shelter.


Cissie Meehan – Vice President, Merchandising

Cissie Meehan is Vice President of Merchandising for TABcom. She specializes in Multi-Channel Retail, Strategic Planning and Brand Management. Cissie joined TABcom in November of 2009, after serving as Vice President of Merchandising for Dover Saddlery. She has also held senior management roles at Petsmart, 1-800 Flowers and Cendant. She is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston.

Cissie is an avid equestrian along with her husband, and their farm is home to five horses who are involved in many aspects of training, showing and foxhunting.  Her three Pembroke Welsh Corgis include a new breed champion, Trevor, and Bailey their Golden Retriever is an active service dog.

Cissie has been involved in the equestrian industry for over 25 years in both the Western and English markets. She is also a rider and competitor who has competed at the national level. She is an advocate for the sport and industry and has contributed to many organizations including 4H, Therapeutic Riding, Horse Rescue and nationally rated horse shows.
